Updating all the Steampunk Yahoo Widgets

Hello! I have a bit of time in between moving house, looking after the kids, fixing the cars and trying to earn a bit of cash. I could be spending it on painting, repairing any number of things but I've decide instead to give a revamp to all my widgets, finished and half-completed. The first is the steampunk old clock. It now has a little more functionality, being able to lock it in place by clicking upon the rim, full menus, resizing, some graphical improvements &c, not too much change but simply bringing all the older widgets up to date. Next will be the steampunk weather widget, same update treatment and improvement.

 

These changes are preparation for my next task, to get them all working with the Xwidget engine.
