Steampunk B KOHTAKTE GreyScale Icon

A quick creation in black and white of an existing steampunk icon - this will be one of a set of round icons. I was asked to create this set by another customiser here at DA

This is an old-fashioned glass, wood and brass icon designed to appeal to the steampunk mind, I suggest it might be a useful replacement for any VKontakte icon that you might have on your desktop - you can of course use it for anything you wish.

VKontakte or BKOHTAKTE is the Russian equivalent of Facebook. The large capital Arial 'B' is the BKOHTAKTE symbol that appears on a large number of Russian-speaking sites.

This is one of a bunch of steampunk icons that I have created that will leave your Windows or Mac desktop looking absolutely spiffing. There is a whole set of the little thingies and I must say they do look very steampunk indeed! They really are a suitable replacement for the boring old default icons that come with Rocketdock/ObjectDock &c.

This new version is a black and white or greyscale image that has the icon files in the following formats:

ICO (multiple sizes for windows)
PNG (multiple sizes for any o/s, Mac IOS, Rocketdock &c)
BMP (for other tools such as Blackbox desktop)
HQX (MAC O/SX finder ready)
ICNS (MAC O/SX )

Whether or not you are into Steampunk, this icon and the others like it will spruce up your desktop and give it a bit of Victorian class. Compatible with MobyDock, ObjectDock, RK Launcher, and your default Windows icons.

Rocketdock Installation: In the rocketdock folder there is a subfolder called icons. Move these icons into that folder or create a subfolder called steampunk icons and copy them in there. Then you simply change each of your individual icon images to any one of these. Easy enough.
